Negative Battery Terminal Lug Stripped

I disconnected the battery terminals last night trying to install an amateur radio rig (which isn't working), but when I went to reconnect the negative terminal the square side under the clamp jolted loose, and now the nut only gets so tight. It's such a tight squeeze, I can't fit any sort of tool under the clamp to hold the bottom of the bolt secure.

It's tight enough that the jeep works, but it's not as tight as it needs to be. What can I do?
