Figure someone here can figure out the stuff I can't.

Goal is to get a new PC by my birthday/Xmas (2 weeks apart), as my Alienware's graphic card is outdated (According to WoW), and it's running out of memory (500gb ssd), though the 16gb Ram is solid.

Now as far as what I do, Do have WoW and FF14, also play FONV and plenty of fan games and I got an extensive iTunes Library, plus I design stuff for my stories on there.

What I wanna do though is be able to play more games, more classics like FO3, VTMB, and other games, but have it run seemlessly and without hiccups (NV is it's own story, as you know no amount of mods can fix it's buggy nature), so with all that said, hows the build look, what can I add or subtract to things without compromise (Definitely want the max performance and storage)

Thanks for taking a look and customizing the build a head of time,

Rogue

This is way overkill for the games you mentioned and even for most new games unless your trying to achieve 4k 60fps or ultrawide 144fps.
You'd be better off with an i7 9-series and a GTX 2060 video card and a SSD at half the price of that.

You're right, just like I forgot to say, not an expert with computers, so kinda went in blind

(Semi)Overkilled it once again, and it's still cheaper:

9th Gen Intel® Core™ i9 9900K (8-Core, 16MB Cache, OC up to 4.7GHz across all cores)
Dual NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2070 SUPER 8GB GDDR6 graphics (NVIDIA NVLink SLI Enabled)

Alienware 850 Watt Power Supply with High Performance Liquid Cooling
32GB Dual Channel HyperX™ DDR4 XMP at 2933MHz; up to 64GB (additional memory sold separately)
2TB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD (Boot) + 2TB 7200RPM 3.5" SATA HDD (Storage)
Killer 1650 802.11ac 2x2 WiFi Wireless LAN and Bluetooth 5.0
Thunderbolt 3 PCIe Network and IO Card

DELL PRICE
$3,624.99 (Not including extra's)

Yeah, considering I reached my limit with all I have, should be fine with 2tb

I'd also go with the M.2 storage for your main drive. way faster than the SSD.

Yeah, 1080, full screen with itunes or bitchute playing in the bg (WoW anyway)
Well if you plan on going with the ones you mentioned you may wanna spend the extra $200 for a 4K monitor otherwise you're not really even coming close to utilizing its potential. Plus youll see a big improvement in graphics as it will reduce line jaggedness

Recently, I also encountered a similar problem on my computer. I created my server in Minecraft to play with friends and when I launched the launcher I got a similar error. I contacted the technical support of the hosting where my server was located http://ggservers.com and they helped me solve this problem. All you need to do is update your Java and net framework to the latest versions. After restarting your computer, this problem should disappear. Also try disabling the firewall sometimes it may block the connection. Good luck.
