Need Help with EOC Trans Tune using PG4

Yesterday, I installed the EOC Stage2 SOTF tune. I chose to get a new ECU from EOC with the added PG4 Trans Tune Patch. Everything works wonderfully with the Stage2 tune. When I attempted to install the Trans Tune, I ran into issues. I followed the instructions emailed from EOC. I was able to connect the PG4 and read the ID of the ECU. The next steps direct you to connect to the TCU but the option for this on the PG4 is grayed out and un-selectable.

I suspect my issue might be with the security bypass. I am using a Tazer JL Mini. From what I have read is that the Tazer must be unmarried and can be used in place of the security bypass cable. I have unmarried my Tazer but there are no further instructions on what to do with the tazer. I have tried to remarry and changing the SGW setting to YES and NO and attempting to connect to TCU with both settings, with no success.

I have emailed EOC for assistance, and am awaiting a response. But I figured someone on here has probably done this and may have some advice.

Check your taser. You should have a setting for SGW select that to no I believe.
