This is confusing.....

Trying to choose wheels, but they come with two different offsets and backspacing. Both are 17x9 and I will be running 33" stock tires for now, may go to 34-35" when the tread wears down.

A - 17x9, +0 offset, 5 backspace - HOW FAR WILL THIS STICK OUT vs STOCK WHEEL?
B - 17x9, -18 offset, 4.29 backspace - HOW FAR WILL THIS STICK OUT vs STOCK WHEEL?

Which would be closest to stock Rubicon Wheel?

Would the other stick out more or less and by how much?

Thanks

this is the calculator that I use. Stock wheels are 7.5 wide with +44 offset. Then you can compare them. The +0 will stick out less. The -18 will stick out 18mm more than the +0. 25mm is an inch so not quite an inch more poke.
The below comparison is to the +0 offset wheel in the calculator I linked.
I run 17x9 +12 offset wheels with 37x12.5 tires and mine still stick out a little. Let me know if you have additional questions. I’m going wheeling later so may be slow to reply this afternoon but I’ll get back to you. Thanks

Jerrybizzle is spot on and between the two size, the 17x9 0 offset (5-inch backspace) is closest to factory :like:
