Need help identifying this flat tow set up

I just picked up a 2021 Rubicon Unlimited and it looks like the previous owner had installed a flat tow set up on the front bumper. It also came with a steel skid plate. I want to remove the flat tow set up (and sell/trash it), and install the skid plate instead. To this end I need help identifying what these after market items are so that I can track down instructions online, and swap them out without screwing anything up.

Looks like Blue Ox tow pin baseplate sockets.

This is the answer.
I have a Blue ox Baseplate on my 2022
I use the Blue Ox Patriot braking system so it only has the break away. The one you have is ready brake.
It cost me $2500 installed with also a charge line.

Surprised the previous owner did not use the skid plate but that entails notching it out.
