I was on another forum earlier today and someone responded to a VERY old post about IFS vs. SFA vs. Twin I beam.
The Ford fanboys were bashing GM by insisting that IFS has no business on an off road vehicle. I wonder how many of those same people are fawning over the new Bronco? ?

It's the newest thing and has lots of fanboys. And it seems that no matter what side you're on there will always be haters. The Bronco doesn't articulate as well as the Wrangler but does pretty well. It is yet to be proven if IFS is strong enough for steep rock crawling with big tires and low range transfer cases. I notice in the Raptor version they had to lengthen the A-arms to get more wheel travel, and that makes the vehicle pretty wide.

I posted sometime back about the Lexus in my neighborhood with the insulting window sticker. I walked by that house a few days ago and there was a new Bronco parked in the driveway next to the Lexus. I felt like writing a note and putting it under the windshield wiper but I wouldn't do that.
