"N" versus "6" engine code for 2.0L 4 cylinder

I see two different codes listed on some vendors classifications (e.g. Amsoil). How do I tell which one I have? I do have a "N" as the 8th digit of VIN, but it also contains "6"s.. I did google and search, but can't seem to find the explanation. Any ideas?

If it's an N in position 8, then it's an N, even if you have a 6 in other position on the VIN.

One is for the 2.0 gas engine (N), and the other is the 2.0 gas w/ 4xe hybrid powertrain (6)
