hey ,
Since the last update i write, I stayed away from internet for a while due to lots of negative comments which is not true .

fortunately, my partner share me the best way dealing the slanders is throwing the evidence back to the slanders' face , and he also told me the there are lots of people who still care about my case in JL forum , i really feel warm and appreciate, so i write a new page to keep post with short words.

after the dealership replaced the vin, the dealership has evaded repeated requests for comment, has refused to remedy the issue , Jeep company closed this case unilaterally. they still does not want to answer where the new vin from.

When I went to the dealership, my salesman who dose not want to tell his name Let me find the Jeep, because the doesn't make the car.Dealership managers deny outright that they have never equipped a car with two Vins.

When I called jeep assistant. the answer is case was closed, content is not readble, and ask me how many vins I can see from mt car now top cover the issue.

About being stolen away
The dealership still can not tell if they have the stolen vehicle or not. But they already filed a claim with my insurance company, even i did not sign a rental agreement .

When I called jeep assiant to track the stolen vehicle. A stellantis employee from department doesnot have a name told me they can not track the stolen car due to the tract device was not activated when delivery.

then I call jeep assistant and ask help from the department stonel Car , once stuff hear the vin they refuse to talk with me, just hang up or cut to robot .

I really don't understand why the jeep and dealership even choose to lie to police and slender me instead of admit the car has 2 vins., I will keep upload the evidence,

The over educated side of me wants to take a Red Pen to @rexinla 's post. I think he would benefit by using Google Translate. Or, have his "Partner" proofread his posts, before hitting the Post Reply button.

Why would you think the dealership manager(s) gave your jeep two different vins?

I vaguely remember your previous post. Have you discussed these discrepancies with your insurance company? They may be able to assist in determining if the vehicle has an issue.

Additionally, you can take it to the police department and report the double vins. They should be able to run a report to see if one of them is stolen.

Right. But not something the dealership did to mess with him. Maybe it’s the language barrier. I read it as he thinks the dealership did it.

There was some drama that was SUPER hard to follow where his Jeep was at the dealer to be fixed and they gave him a loaner. As far as I could tell his Jeep was fixed but he wasnt happy with it, refused to return the loaner so the dealer came and got it back from his driveway, and left his car there? Its real hard to follow

The “stolen’ jeep part was probably the best part of the original thread. 😂

My understanding is that his primary concern is the lack of documentation / written acknowledgement that they (Stellantis) fucked up. There could be lots of weird issues down the road from having a wrong VIN on it initially.

The remainder is simply a shit show.

So long as the paperwork he got when he bought it matches the VIN on the dash and door now hes good to go. But we dont know what the actual fix was cause nothing was ever explained there as far as I could tell.

Didn't Carfax have the wrong mileage (the mileage of the other Jeep), or was that something else / simply a potential issue?
