Muffler Delete pipe sounds

Muffler deletes are great, as long as you are Off-Road. Nobody else, outside High School thinks that loud nonsense is Cool. Definitely not cool around hard working respectable families, in the suburbs.

That was back in the muscle car days, he knew I was hauling ass but was to far behind to clock me…. But I was getting a ticket for something .

edit- I got pulled over a couple times in my 54 Vette because the cops wanted to look at it. My wife had a gutless smog motor “Big Booty” Vette when I met her, attracted them like fly’s to sh!t, my 6 cyl 24 year older one could run with it ?

Ahh, the smogvette. When v8s made less than 200hp and still only got 12mpg.

The deletes being talked about aren't aggressively loud unless you are doing 5k+ rpm.
I would get a manifold dump 392 so I can keep up with all the noise the people in my little town make with their trucks and chargers.

A whopping 165hp at the 75 low point (with a 205/10 hp “performance” option), started slowly creeping up from there. My 6cyl 54 had 155hp and didn’t weigh as much as a Panzer Tank. Pathetic
For some reason the cops still treated them
like they all had L-88’s
