Did some more research. The PBM for the Wrangler JL is 06103123AA. Apparently there are multiple PBM's as Carlton said. The PBM I received is 0516302AC. Never realized that they used multiple colors for a paint code. Appreciate the help everybody.

My 07 JKU that just got traded had the dark metallic gray blue PBM color. Nice color when it was clean, but worlds different from your profile pic

Honestly I would reconsider using the color touch up pens. Touch up pens usually make chips look worse. Usually the repairs look like over size blobs of dried paint. There are much better options that produce superior results.

I have used Dr. Color Chip and Langka with excellent results. These products fill in the actual chip, no blobs of dried paint.

Here is a review of a few touch up kits that are much better then touch up pens from the dealer.
