I think it’s the driver & tailgate but I’m going but that’s all I need but I will Confirm it this week when I contact my dealer still waiting on that right side led drl signal light then my complete conversion to LED will be done. First thing first. I would really love those handles on my girl

Cool. I’m also curious if that’s all that’s needed are the handles, or does the fob have to be changed, etc. If it’s just those handles, it will be totally worth it to have proximity locks.

Glad to see you guys are getting this all sorted out! Just read the whole thread even though I have factory installed LEDs just because I kinda like geeking out on this sort of factory/aftermarket electronics stuff. Especially cool the 2019 sales code situation got figured out given that it required involvement of FCA. Surprised they put the effort into it, must be expecting to sell a lot of these kits...

Factory installed Proximity Entry includes driver front, passenger front, and tailgate. As for additional parts needs for home/dealer installation, I can't help you there.

I’m jumping the gun because I ordered them already being they are on back order. My service Manager told me he would have to look into it first to see if it’s possible. But I’m optimistic push comes to shove I return them for a refund if they can’t make this happen on my vin. But I got a good feeling they could if my door harness Is ready

So check out this thread. Sounds like several people have tried this, and they are having a similar challenge to the LED kit, which is that they need a Sales Code loaded by the Regional FCA to add it to their VIN.

I received my lights today, installed them, and took them to the dealer to program. They had trouble finding the sales codes, but were able to do it. They look sweet!

LED headlights and LED fog lights? After reading a few more post, I see you did the ENTIRE front. Hells yeah man. I am watching the same proximity post as you. I hope that works itself out. I’m deployed so I have a few more months before I dive into my JLU Sahara.

From what everybody else is saying, even with a Tazer you still need a dealer flash for the Halos to work. I am having the dealer install mine on Tuesday, will update with the finished product. Hopefully they have figured out the correct code to put in for the LED fender flares, which when i installed them they didn’t, but in that case the Tazer did fix it.

How much was labor. Brake down for flash and install. I will do the work, just curious.

ok they got them working perfect. You have to contact your “district manager “ 1-2-3 they give you the code . Good luck buddy let me know how it goes

FINALLY GOT IT ALL WORKING! So it was exactly the same as your experience, had to contact the Regional FCA office, have them Add the Sales Code LPX to the VIN, and then have the local Dealership Reconfigure the BCM (Flash)... So now, not only do my Halo’s work, but the reconfigure also fixed my Fender LED DRL/Turns that I had retroactively installed, and they are no longer giving me light warnings. I now have the full LED Package as installed by the factory, LED Headlamps w/Halo’s, LED Fogs, LED DRL/Turns (Fender), and LED Taillights. Way more expensive than buying it already built that way, but I didn’t have to wait month’s for an order to be built, etc.

Thanks @Dom for the insight and making me not feel crazy about the process that I was being told to go through by the company that I bought the kit from.

Also, HUGE shout out to Benny @ www.JeepsAreUs.com as he was the one that actually reached out and contacted the Regional FCA office for me, and made sure that I got a working set of lights, as I had expected when I bought them. His customer service at www.JeepsAreUs.com was so far above and beyond, and I really appreciate it!
