Main panel in Dash is all black

2019 JLR 38K miles. Bought new. Lost the panel. It doest lite up at all. Disconected the battery, did not help. Have not checked any fuses. Thoughts

If you hear sound from your radio, check that your dash lighting intensity is turned up.

likely your cluster has failed and you need a new either entire screen or whole new unit. Call United Radio and they can likely set you up with a new cluster with the appropriate milage for you.

Mine crapped out at around 80k miles and I needed a new screen which they replaced.

Is it turned off? Sounds silly... But ya never know...

I actually lost the HVAC controls also. But when I disconnected the battery over night they started working again. My radio is fine. Everything on the radio stack works. I have a speedometer and a tach, Nothing else. The screen glows a very faint blue that you can see at night. Nothing else.

Have you tested your battery voltage? Both batteries. Are they the original batteries? May be due for replacement

Also check your CANBUS. If all those check well, I’d go with sending cluster for screen replacement.
