I agree with the above posts. Loose wire/faulty ground. Cheapest test is to pop the hood, start Jeep and start wiggling wire harnesses to narrow down the culprit. Good luck and happy trails.

I reused my old fog lights and harness using the bracket that came with the bumper. I did have to drill the mounting holes bigger on the lights to fit the attaching hardware though. Like I said, try to get the bumper without the parking sensor holes.
