Just started this one as well at 25k miles. Dealer tech hears it as well. During some parking lot testing he did a power brake and no noise. Power braking and let it roll about 5 mph and it would make the noise.

Back from the dealer and they checked Exhaust, clamps, etc. No issue found. But, they did put the drain plugs back in and the nosie is now gone. So whatever noise from under the vehicle was coming up thru the driver side hole and sounded like it was behind the dash or in the engine. Don't know if out of sight/hearing really means gone, but I don't hear it all anymore.

I forgot to update my issue. I finally got a good tech at the dealership to go on a ride with me. Didnt take him long to have an idea.. He got it all fixed and no more noise for me.

Transmission fluid was low! That is all it was causing the very loud whining noise.

Hey Jasmine, I’m thinking that’s probably my next step. I’ll send you a PM. Thank you!!
Many Jeepers have whines and they seem to be variety of things, but mine sounds exactly like you are describing Phoenix. It started one day at 42,000 miles on my 2018 JLU and has gotten a little bit louder since. it makes the noise even in neutral, and will whine when revved in neutral so I don't think its the transmission. it sounds like its coming from something attached to the engine's accessory belt.

Phoenix did you ever get it fixed? what was it?
thank you

well. for anyone who cares, my issue turned out to be bad rollers on the accessory belt, probably too much dirt in them, also my belt was down to 3 ribs as it had sheared off over time.
