Looking for feedback on Dave Smith

Looking to pick up a 4XE from Dave Smith in Idaho, looking for any feedback on them ? They did tell me they aren’t putting any mark ups on them. Wondering if I can expect them to come off msrp?

If they won't do 5+ % off of INVOICE go to Peterson instead. Ask for Kent and mention this forum. A lot of people buy from Dave Smith but when I got a quote from them on my Ram, I was better off closer to home.

I ordered a 392 from Dave smith at end of January. Received in May/June. MSRP, low fees, great trade in, no funny business. I highly recommend. Might not be the cheapest, but certainly was great for a 392.

I bought my 2018 JL Rubicon from them back in June of 2018. I was less than impressed with the experience overall. It wasn't a "walk in" situation either. I had flown down from Seattle and taken the Shuttle there from the airport with an appointment and understanding that I had a 350 mile trip ahead of me that same day. Anyway, the salesperson left during paperwork 3 different times and eventually apologized, but left me for another customer he had evidently double booked. No problem, they found someone else to finish the paperwork. They really lean on you hard about the warranty too. I've only been fortunate enough to purchase 3 brand new vehicles in my lifetime. This was the first that didn't come with a complimentary tankful of gas (had between a 1/8 and 1/4).

There were other issues as well... suffice to say, I won't be going back.
