last quote was to FL and was a 4xe for 1450 you are closer so depending weight but should be cheaper 1000-1200? Of course I can get more accurate later with better details lol
There are a few customers in the process of finalizing their orders and mentioning you guys are marking up the ACQ fee? But when pointed out, you change it to the published fee. Are you aware of this and if it does show as marked up and we point it out, will it be adjusted to reflect the published amount?

Yeah, I didn't do the credit check app so I'll have to check with him to see what they prefer for payment. Thanks for the info, and enjoy!
He let you place an order without credit app?
Told him I’m paying cash and wants me to submit a credit app…

Yes, he told me to ignore it, but at the time (for the first deal, not this one) others were given conflicting info regarding this. Perhaps they've settled on requiring it for everyone, but I'm really not sure what purpose that serves for someone paying in full without financing.

I'm not aware of any other dealers that require a pre-credit check for factory orders, though many do require financing through them to get additional savings.

Forgot to add….

He also said to prove that I’m a real person and I’m not flipping

If I wanted to flip I would lease and order a 4xe

Huh, that's interesting. I had to email him a copy of my driver's license, which should provide some proof of identity and that seemed reasonable. Really not sure how you could prove you're not buying a vehicle to flip, though. I also started my JLWF account almost a year ago and now have over a thousand comments, versus yours being opened rather recently, so maybe that had something to do with it?

I'm buying my order for me cause I need a new ride, lol.

Hold up. I'm guessing it might have something to do with the fact that you've already been flagged in Jeep's system for opening an unusual amount of Wrangler orders, and just recently stated that you've sold them for profit (I'm not accusing you of flipping them or anything, just saying that it would be very easy to assume that)..

No, myself and wife. I‘m the guy that wants every color, so far I’ve had Hydro, Sting Gray HA, Hydro HA(canceled, these are nearly impossible to actually have built), black, Silver Zenith(built 3 weeks after order), White HA on order(sitting in C), Reign on order(scheduled for this upcoming week)
Actually ordered 2 more last year (High Velocity& Tuscadero)that were canceled because I had too many on order at the same time.
I’ve sold every one for a profit, so I’m not complaining.

He didn’t even place the order
?
Grab a wrangler 392 vin and input it to those car selling websites they are underwater you can’t “flip” these
Plus I stated I want to buy not lease
Meaning I’m paying full sales tax

Yea, I knew why they were canceled, I didn’t care that they were. Better for someone else to get theirs made that actually needed a vehicle.

Sorry about that, was looking at the wrong profile!

But yeah, I honestly have no idea, I'm just a customer. Was only trying to think of possible reasons why they'd have a problem with your identity, but no idea why they'd think you'd want to flip a 392 other than because it's been a thing in the past (not saying it is now, as I honestly don't care enough to research it).

I am sorry for any confusion, the Acq fee was never in a discussion. We are using standard mark up of $300.

AFD was one of the first to order and was able to do so. Then we had a few orders of shippers and they got cancelled and my higher management said no order's without app's. I am sorry but I am following orders.

Here is the exact quote
"I am sorry but a credit is mandatory to prove who you are. There has been a few cases of fraud and flippers pushing orders."

Mitch - question...do you guys charge "double" freight? (are you familiar with this?)

...If not, then it's where some shady dealerships will list MSRP + freight even though in the MSRP sticker, freight is already included.
