An airline ticket and some pizza and beer would definitely be cheaper! I'm getting a consistent $4000 installation quote. That buys a lot of tools and ibuprofen for my back

its not difficult. just time consuming. some kits require some modifications. plenty of videos on YT that show you how do everything.


and you know it was done right. no worries about squeeking or knocking clanging etc...

Yes, only for install believe it or not. The problem is that the Metalcloak site lists this as a 24-hour install but it's for the full long-arm kit where they want you to drop the gas tank. I keep telling the installers that I'm going with the DB3 brackets which eliminates this whole step and am summarily ignored.

It is a bit more cutting than the Gamechanger kit but doesn't look bad and nothing in the instructions scares me. It's just that my back isn't what it used to be and I thought "why do I always do it myself?". In this case, I have 4000 reasons.

You going long arm huh. That's gonna be a beast.

I'm doing the GameChanger 3 5. Still waiting on it to get here though. They say it has shipped but the tracking number isn't showing on FedEx.
