I installed the short by pass harness with the resistor/module. The thing is the light will be come on for 5-10 seconds and go off and not come again for the rest of the day. Usually if you don't have a hard fail with a part to turn the light all time and have a intermittent electrical problem, terminal tightness or wiring problem (pinched, broken wire etc).I need to find which computer receives the sensor signal and work back. I'm getting another generic ZLocker harness to compare resistances to make sure the Zlocker module didn't go bad.

Just verifying that you're talking about this one: https://www.zautomotive.com/products/z_lkr_oem

When you tug slightly on the connector (not the wire) does it stay firmly locked on or does it feel loose?
Both connectors are firmly locked in place, light has not come on all day today, tomorrow I'm going to ck resistance on the module and compare with another one.

Hi Folks- I am a rookie to this forum and to Rubicons (previously owned and built-up my WJ, but just two weeks ago finally let go of that great ride and purchased 2021 JLU 3.6L and loving it! ), and I just had a similar problem. Locker lights were blinking on and off when in 4H (!) when lockers were clearly not engaged and 4L, also when lockers were not engaged. The original purchase date left me just inside the warranty and so dealer replaced both front diff and rear diff sensor position switches but when that did not fix it, they replaced the full front wiring harness with the Mopar factor wiring harness part and that fixed it. Apparently the previous harness had been visibly crushed and damaged enough for intermittent failure, but not damaged to the point of complete failure. Its been a week now with the new harness and sensors and the problem has not resurfaced. I hope I'm through it. Apologies if this is not the exact problem or considered a lame contribution, but thought it might help to have this viewpoint. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Terrymo for contributions all over the place on this forum - in the short time I have been studying up on my new Rubicon, I see your name with great advice and engagement and I really appreciate your time, energy, and perspective, especially as a new JLU owner!

I finally found my intermittent locker light problem, had a broken wire for the front diff sensor. It was at the first tie strap on the frame the harness made a sharp 90 at the fastening point, had to cut open the harness to inspect the wires made repairs problem solved.

Just saw this thanks. I’m just repeating what I’ve learned from others here so I can’t take any real credit. Aside from that please continue to ignore all the other nonsense I post.
