I’m no guru but maybe make sure the bulb (if it’s not an LED light) and harness/bulb connector is fully seated? Another electrical related thing I did is on the other end of the vehicle in the fuse box. I made sure the relays and fuses were fully seated when I brought it home from the dealer.

Bumping this up, having the same issue with our 2018 Rubicon. Just started about 2 weeks ago, came and went, but now it's consistent... Lights are working just fine, but the dash warning message pops up every time you start the Jeep and every time you hit the brakes or turn signal. Also the little arrow indicator on the dash is on hyperblink, but the audible click from the flasher relay is slow and steady just like the lights themselves...
