Rear parking light out

So.. my driver side parking light doesnt work now. Also, my license plate light doesnt work as well. At first it was my license plate light, and now my parking light. Checked fuses but all I could find was two fuses for exterior lights but those both looked good. Checked the harness for the both lights and there seems to be no issues. Used the volt meter to check, and for some reason its not receiving power to the LED parking light or the License plate light. I was moving the license plate light to a different location so I might have shorted it but I dont know where. I am thinking the BCM module itself. But currently I am just venting cause I am out of ideas. Already scheduled my appointment but its not for a week so was hoping to get this resolved myself if needed.
