I can’t decide if I want 2.5 or 3.5 Metalcloak game changer. They are same price.

I’m installing a 3.5” right now. It’s tall. Hard to see because I’m not done yet. But here’s a photo with the front swapped over and back on the ground. I still have to do the back. I went with 37s. My friends TJ has a 6” lift with a 1” body lift and I’m almost level with him.

I’m 6’3” and the fender is now at “bar” height for me. I walk up to the Jeep and I can just rest my arm on the fender like a bar counter. I’m sure it will settle down a bit, but daymn.

Both of the Jeeps looks awesome ?. I will go with 3.5 lift. I was thinking to do 35s on them but, if I do 37s I have to change drive shaft and re-gear. 4.88

I have unlimited sport. I can still do 2.5 MC lift 37s?
Of course you can.

Keep in mind, the MC 2.5 with no added weight on it, like full skid plates, winch, aux lights, steel bumpers, etc, is much higher than 2.5 ?.

I run 2.5 MC with 37KO2, and going to a slightly bigger tire for sure next round.

As @Jeep Dude said, the 2.5" is the lift for a fully loaded Jeep. 35's might look ok on a Sport model, but you likely will still have a good amount of fender gap. I'd seriously consider 37's if you wheel. Not much of a price difference and you'll have much less fender gap and look proportional. Feel free to call MetalCloak and talk to them as well. They have great customer service.

If I do 2.5 MC 35s tires do I need to change driveshaft and re-gear?
If you have an auto, you might get away without regearing. But you'll like it better if you regear. Personally, I wouldn't spend any money on those axles. I'd just find some Rubicon take-off axles already geared 4.10 with lockers and put them in, especially if you have an auto.
