Leather option dropped on 2024 Willys?

Hey folks, inching closer to putting in an order for a 2024 Willys 4xe after lurking on this forum for a bit(my first Wrangler). When the configurator went live I could swear leather seats (Mopar options) were an option and they're showing as options in the spreadsheet order guides in this thread, but when I look at the configurator now they are not options. Has anyone ordered a Willys with one of the Mopar leather seats? Can anyone at a dealership shed some light on if this is a possibility?

YSK that the "MOPAR Leather Seats" option is just a factory-installed Katskins solution with fewer options. If you take delivery with the standard cloth, you can order Katskinz either via the dealership or any 3rd party partner installation shop and have the same end result, but you get significantly more options for the color/style of leather, stitching, etc. If you want a MOPAR brand embroidered in the seat, you'd need to order through the dealership.

When you order it from the factory, that's literally what they do - they build a cloth Jeep, and then it goes to a separate section of the factory where they remove the cloth and install the leather.

Is the LA in your profile "Los Angeles" or "Louisiana"? If Los Angeles, Katzkin has a lot of local installers that do a great job.

I used the spreadsheet to base my options, including leather; however, when it was time to place the order with the dealer I was told leather was not an option on the 24 Willys. ?

One thing for sure if you buy a new Jeep you will be able to ask the dealer. I have a couple of friends who used the Katzkin leather and it out shines the factory. They installed themselves and they have never done upholstery work of any kind

I am not sure if I would attempt to install it myself but I had Katzkin leather installed in one of my cars (with seat heaters installed by Katzkin as well) and it is holding up and looks better than any factory leather I have ever had (pictures are when it was 2 years old).
