Dip your finger in the fluid and give it the smell test and rub it between your fingers for texture. Betcha its condensate from the AC.

Most likely. Have you never seen water under a vehicle when running the AC in hot weather? It is called condensation. Same effect as when you see water droplets on a cold beverage can in hot weather.

Sure looks like AC condensation. You will notice it after parking briefly. Condensate will evaporate much quicker than coolant and fuel of that quantity you would smell.
