I bought my 2018 JLUR from Craig Benner when I PCS'd back from overseas. Had to handle most of the arrangements remotely, but he had my Jeep ready the day I landed back in the DC area.

Koons' admin process is a bit much, and I had issues with the Service Dept., but Craig was legit and got me the Jeep I wanted at the best price I could negotiate online from overseas.

I'd buy through him again if I were still on the East Coast.

Worked with Craig a few years ago on a JL Rubicon purchase and found him to be outstanding. In the years since, I have found the Koons service department to be extremely hit or miss - one, in particular about the "Service Axle Locker System" issue that is pervasive. Most recently trying to inquire about replacing my worn stock tires with a potential upsize and/or suspension mod. Absolutely impossible to get a proper response despite several outreach attempts. Meanwhile, I get periodic spam calls with service coupons that don't apply to my situation. If anyone has a good wheel/tire/suspension shop in Northern VA please let me know.

I definitely recommend this place.

We tried hard for so long to get a Wrangler that was similar to what we wanted and wasnt insanely overpriced at any dealership within 300 miles of NYC. Worst thing was when you did find something you liked, it was already sold when you called in.

Thankfully we found their post just like this for the '23 models last year. Ordering was quick and easy, they reply to emails sameday or within a day or two and we were in and out of the store within 90 minutes on the day we picked it up. I have 37 replies from them within the 3 month process and whats better than saving money in a sellers market on the exact vehicle you want?

FYI, Dealers will have a little more info on your build but just use a couple trackers unless a certain step is taking too long or you need shipping/delivered info.
