So I ended up shooting that pic to Method tech support, and they recommended 17x9 -12mm. Pretty damned close to spot on with what I had on stock rims with spacer, just a few mm further out. Very happy with the results.

About the same as the spacers, 1.75", fully covered by EZ Flares XL.
