I remember seeing a company that would key accessories the same pattern as your Jeep so you would not need to have so many different types of keys with you while camping. Does anyone remember the company that does this service? Thanks!

You can do the same to your Fuel Cap as well.

Chicks dig it, Jeepsters stare quizzically at it and your wife will ask if spending $100 for a #$@&! fuel cap is worth it. I say yay…..

Yup. Uses the “flip out” key that’s hinged in your FOB. No need for a separate gas cap key and if the Jeep is at the pump, so is the key. Took me maybe 20 minutes to “code” it to my key.

Except the cap is a piece of crap and all you need to do is squeeze the sides and turn it. Comes right off… atleast mine does.

Wow, I’ve been using mine for a couple of years and it’s been solid. In fact, I was kind of thinking “keyed the same” was around when my cars still used keys. Sorry to hear of your bad luck!
