Regarding Leon, I have one on order with him and Criswell, too. Leon is the ONLY automotive salesperson that has ever sent me an email outlining the follow up communications that I will receive as the JLU progresses in the build process-talking about managing my expectations-wow! And sure enough, I've been receiving those email communications just as he outlined.

My estimated ship date to the dealership is 1/2/20, when is yours?

Yes, I'm very happy with Leon as well... my estimated ship date is 12/23...

It appears the the Xmas holiday for all FCA plants is from 12/23 to 1/1 (it was listed in the recent UAW collective bargaining agreement). Hopefully it makes it out the door before any of the Xmas holiday down time.

I ordered a Grand Cherokee from Criswell right before Thanksgiving, so I am hoping to receive an early Xmas present.
