So I decided to lower the soft top for the first time(I bought the jeep used recently) and had some issues. I decided to just put it back up and clearly I have done something wrong but not sure how to fix. The top is latched. Any ideas? Thank you

Did you go to Youtube so you can watch a video on how to lower the top? There are 2 locking switches that need to be in the unlock position before you can raise/lower the soft top. Did you check those? Could be something broken, but check those locking switches..

I did watch the mopar and quadratec videos I found to ensure this wouldnt happen haha. Both those switches were unlocked. I think at this point Im gonna spend tomorrow morning trying to put the top back down and see if I can figure out where the issue is before the scattered thunderstorms roll through in the afternoon.

I had the same thing happen. Your pictures show that it looks like your top has become unattached from the bows. I had to get a new top. Luckily it was covered under warranty.

If a bow is detached, there are some great adhesives out there that might fix it for you.
