Need the forums help. I ran limb risers on my JK and loved them. Saved a lot of scratches and window slapping. While I used the Steinjager brand, as I like their connection mechanism and adjustment, but their upper mounting into the "A" pillar caused significant water leaks down the door and into the floor. The bracket caused the weather seal on the door to not make contact with the "A" pillar smoothly. I had to remove their brackets to stop the leak and mount the brackets that run up the "A" pillar for a light bar. I did not have a light bar, so it looked a little funny. This worked and looked "ok".

Has anyone mounted Steinjager brackets on a JL and did they let water leak into the floor? Or do you have another brand that works with no leak? I like adjustability, quick release, and not looking homemade. I have looked for light bar brackets that run up the "A" pillar for JLs but don't see a lot yet that look good without a light bar mounted.

All help is appreciated. Thanks

I reached out to Steinjager a while back and they told me they had no plans to make limb risers for the JL.

It's a shame, really, because their design is fantastic.

The big issue I had with Steinjager on my Jk was the door seal leaked after I put the bracket in the door frame. They had no solution and said some JKS just leak. And I installed exactly to their instructions. I wound up using light bar mounts up
The A pillar to fasten at the top. Steinjager quick disconnects are the best.
