Yup- it’s more than strong enough. But get the Topsy brackets so you don’t have to raise the rear glass to secure the back.

Hi did the strap that you have on the front of the top come with the lift? Also are the topsy hooks always on the back or do you install them when you are going to remove the top? Thanks

Check out the Topsy website. The brackets remain installed all the time. The strap comes with the kit. Racor lift not included.

First time Jeep owner. I installed the racor lift with topsy brackets. Never assisted anyone with their tops before. I was able to get my top off all by myself pretty easily and stress free. Used the ladder hooks for door storage on the wall also. My ceilings are round 9 footish.

With the topsy brackets, and maybe some modification to the straps, would this work? 125# capacity.

Interesting option but I think I would use 2 of them if I was going to try it. Topsy brackets sure do make things easy so worth considering whatever you finally go with for the actual lift. Odds are things will be fine, but if not, it’s going to be an expensive mistake so it’s not something I wouldn’t be inclined to do anything you aren’t confident in. One shattered lift glass and....

Thanks for the recommendation! This is the first that I have seen the Racor lift in any of the recommendations that I have researched. I will order one today so I am ready.
I have the lifting part. What are the red tabs? Where did they come from and how do they mount?

Installed a Harken hoist for my top - works great. It's some work to install and the cost plus the lumber runs ~$200.

Do you, or anybody else, have the dimensions used for installing the harken? I have the Harken as well but still no Jeep. Would like to install it just so it’s done and ready but want to make sure I get the eyelets etc all install In the correct/best spots. Thank you
