Hi All - I searched this forum quite a bit and googled heavily and can't seem to find a listing of diagnostic trouble codes for the JL anywhere. The closes I come is a website called "slideshare" that wants to charge me for downloading a 468 page PowerPoint presentation. I realize I can just google the code and get a definition, but my goal is to get a list that I can print out and keep in my Jeep so that when I am in the middle of no where I have a reference when I am not in cell coverage or don't have easy access to a search engine of any kind so that I can judge an error code I pull from the diagnostic port. I can find a list that is for the JK, but its a pretty short list and I notice an error code I got a week ago on my JL (that I had a mechanic read and interpret for me) was not on that JK list, making me think that the JK codes are different than the JL codes. Any pointer to a list of all the JL codes would be much appreciated! I'm in a 2021 L JLUR. Thanks! Apologies if I missed a thread on the forum that does have this info, and if I did, a pointer would be much appreciated. Again, THANKS!.

The OBD scanners in the $40-50 range made by Autel, Ancel Foxwell or similar give you a description of the DTC. JSCAN is also a great option that also allows you to do more things besides read and clear codes

Here is a long list of DTCs but you have to click on each one to get a description

@Terrymo Awesome reference site! I see in the list the code that triggered on my JLUR a week ago that has been fixed. I will use this often...well, I hope not TOO often, but, then again, I have a Jeep. THANK YOU!!
