I'm not, how would I be able to tell the difference.

I replied earlier and told you that you have an eTorque, JLU... and thus, no Auxiliary battery, you will have metal jumper between N1 and N2 and also no Aux battery negative cable attached the Main battery, neg terminal....

You can verify that you have eTorque, by looking over the factory build sheet for your JLU.

The eTorque system doesn't have a second battery under the fuse box. It does have a second battery but it's larger and under the vehicle toward the back.
Interesting I'll have to take a look then, that's good to know.
