I tried putting in my VIN as well on the Jeep/Mopar site, as with you, not accepted.
I'm not that concerned, I've been predicting mid/late March since the beginning...it'll be worth it!!
Waiting is half the fun, right!?!
Received the same mail but included estimated arrival of 02/28. Attempted vin on mopar dashboard and it wasnt found.

The October order mystery continuous. Just received this welcome email for my 01/11 order yet have never received one from my 10/22 order.
My 9/27 order--no welcome email but I got a status update from Jeep. My 1/5 order got a welcome email (no status yet).

Jeep Quality Control extends beyond its trucks.

I got my email today with an estimated delivery date of 3/6. Not sure how accurate these emails are though.

Hi,

Got the same Jeep Wave email Saturday 1/30. Ordered 11/29 as of yesterday still stuck in D status.

Would be nice if the email meant something, but really just a blanket sales pitch....

The email I for from Jeep about a week ago told me my Jeep should be arriving at the ordering dealer the week of March 3rd, and if I haven't received a call from my dealer by then, to contact them

I got the same email this morning but checked with Jeep chat and still in D status.
I received the same email today, but no real information included. I tried to create an account via Jeep Wave and it said my email was already known and an account was created so I had to reset the password to access the website. After logging in, I was unable to "view my Dashboard" because my VIN doesn't register with the site, so it'll probably only work once your car is built.

If I had to guess, the customer care tickets being generated by our requests for status updates are flagging on someone's radar. I generally only request status once a week, but from comments on the other threads I know some people are asking every day. So this may end up being a more proactive way to give people information. It will be interesting to see if JeepChat changes their responses at all.
