Jeep welcome email

Hi,
I received an email the other day from US Customer Care welcoming me to the Jeep Wave Program and congratulating me on my 2022 order; there was no ETA or anything like that. The question is, does receiving this email tell you anything about your order status, (about to get built, etc...), or is the timing of the email unrelated? My order went in 12/13/2022.

I got the same email Saturday morning. I wondered the same thing. I got on Jeep chat afterwards just to see if I had moved from D to D1 but I hadn't. Ordered 12/18.

Ordered 11/17 and got the email Friday and contacted Jeep chat and there was no status change, still gathering parts.

Same here, got the email Saturday with no ETA. I ordered 11/26. Just talked to Jeep Chat last Friday. Still waiting for parts etc.

I guess it's really just a welcome email and has nothing to do with your build getting any closer. Got the email on saturday and checked with jeep chat. Still in D status. Order date 11/11

I got the same email, except mine has an ETA for my Jeep to be at the dealer the week of 02/19/2022

Same email but it won't accept my VIN#. That true for those other waiting for their delivery or just me?

I tried putting in my VIN as well on the Jeep/Mopar site, as with you, not accepted.
I'm not that concerned, I've been predicting mid/late March since the beginning...it'll be worth it!!
Waiting is half the fun, right!?!

I received same e-mail today, but I just ordered on 1/17/22. I noticed that the email was also cc'd to my dealer.

I got mine the weekend AFTER I picked up my Jeep.

Yeah I just got one this morning too! Hoping it means good things, ordered on 11/18 and trying to be as patient as ever; I honestly thought maybe they just emailed me since I've contacted Jeep Chat so much lol
