Several months ago I installed a 2.5" RC spacer lift. ( Yes, I know there are much better out there. Yes I'll upgrade when funds allow down the road). All has been great. No pull to the right at all after lift went on. Steering was flighty in high winds and bumps. So I installed the Rancho geometry brackets last week. HUGE improvement in driveability, but it now has a slight pull to the right. I have readjusted the drag link to center steering wheel, but pull is still there. Any ideas what this could be?

I have checked and rechecked psi in tires. I'm running 30 psi in all 4 and have been since lift went on so I don't think it's a PSI issue.

- can an alignment be done without have adj. Control arms to diagnose and fix this?
-should I loosen all bolts on the geo brackets again and let it settle back in and retorque everything? (To note, the Rancho brackets were installed on the ground and not on jack stands)

Thanks in advance!

Do you have an adjustable track bar to make sure that you front axle is centered?

When installing the geo brackets, did you loosen the control arm bolts where they bolt to the axle? If not, you may want to loosen all of the front control arm bolts let it settle and retorque.

Thanks! That's the one thing I didn't do. I did not loosen the front bolts of the front lower control arms. I'll try loosening those and let settle in place then retorque

The joy of fixed length control arms. You’ve added another point of slop between your frame and axles so now each control arm has 3 mounting points. Combine that with a bracket being slightly off from the other and it doesn’t take much to move things.

I'd not only loosen all 8 control arm bushings, but also the mounting bolts for both brackets. Let all of it settle in under vehicle weight before retorquing.

I couldn't stop looking at that lower control arm frame connection. I would've at least boxed it in.
