Jeep chat button disabled

Maybe it’s because I check every day now, but I think the chat button in fca is disabled.

yeah, that happened the other day. at the same time, the inventory manager at my dealer was saying the system was down so he couldn't submit requests. I think they're basically getting DDOSed by all the folks checking status and placing orders. =)
