So I want to thank the folks that tried valiantly to get me into a 392, but it just wasn't going to work with my driving style.

So, I ended up trading in a 23 rubi 2dr, which is in my opinion a lemon, and I'm being paid to go away. It's gone.

I now have a 24 Rubi 4dr, and some thoughts.

23 3.6 with etorque never worked right, jerky, I submit it ran hot. Other paint issues. Rear end burned itself up in 9 months. of grocery shopping.

Today I went from 35 miles on the 24 to 350 miles, and I am happy to report this is the jeep I am familiar with. Smooth upshifts, and very smooth braking. 21mpg avg up/down a 7% 6000 ft mountain. The 23 could not break 16 mpg for first 6 months.

Temperature up the 7% at 100 deg: 219 coolant, 225 oil. The 23 3.6 etq, same hill 235 coolant 248 oil, that was at 75 degrees oat in the rain, not 100 dry.

No near death wobble steering wheel oscillation crossing bumps at speed in 24, yes in the 23.

24 3.6 fan seemed to turn on about 210, worst temp seen 229.

So, something was not right with my former torque 3.6

Oh, and new 24, the 4x4 shifter, smooth as glass, 1st of 5 to be this smooth, you mean they fixed it?

It's silver. I'll post pic when I bumperize, winchize, rigid lightize the thing.

I was not impressed thinking I would get a mini van color, but in a short time, I like it. It morphs from light blue under the sky to white in strong light, only time is mini van silver, is in the shade in a mall parking lot. Yes, took it to see a movie, I promise last time in the mall, and it was on dirt 3 hours ago and still is.

Your 24 doesn’t have etorque correct?

Disable auto start/stop and disconnect the aux battery and it will be perfect 👍

if it works, great, mine did not, dealer denied it was bad. Problem, I owned a ram 5.7 from 2020 with it, that one was fine.
