Issues with Jeep Care

Anyone have a good contact or connection with Jeeo Care??? I can’t seem to get any straightforward answers from them. They are supposed to reimburse me for a rental car and no one is calling me back.

totally depends on what representative you get. I called Ram care with an issue with getting some warranty work done. The service writer kept giving me the run around and I finally opened a claim with Ram care and while I was on the phone with the representative she called the service writer and put us on a 3-way call. He told me to come down asap and they would fix my issue and they did. maybe call and ask for another rep.

First time, eh? They take the lead in scripted responses and canned text. I’m sure the employees themselves care, but they’re constrained by some sort of customer relationship management thing. Some of the exceptional reps will find ways to work around it.

Personally, the best responses have been from either calling the number, or trying Jeep Chat until you get one of those that will really put some effort in.

Agree it depends on the person on the other side. I had a great experience with someone who helped me get the fix for the infamous door leak when raining and opening the door. Dealer refused to do it saying it was normal, and Jeep Care stepped in and got it done.

They don't give last names due to privacy, but she is amazing, super responsive and really understanding / helpful.
