Jeep Care not helpful with Badge of Honor issues

In July I requested a couple of badges of honor. The package was shipped on Jul 21 via UPS. Then the package got lost. Well, it happens, right?

What's not normal is, no one from @JeepCares / [email protected] / [email protected] is helping. They completely ignored all my mails. First mail sent on August 1st.

Jeep Care told me this, via twitter DM :

I am sorry to hear that. Sadly, this is the only contact information I have for them. If you don't hear back by the end of the week, call Jeep Cares directly at 877-426-5337 for assistance. ^KP

I called this number, they told me to not send to BadgeofHonor@jeep.com but to BadgeofHonor@stellantis.com ([email protected] is the email displayed in the app). So did I, on Aug 19. Since then no answer

It's not the end of the world but what an horrible customer support! So frustrating no one reply.

So far Jeep “Cares“ has been worthless for both my sister and myself… Thankfully, we both received our badges though.
