Does anyone else think that the Jeep customer care line is becoming more and more rude and giving out less and less information. Was on a phone call today because the last update I was given was that my Jeep would be built in a week. This was after a previous delay because of regressing from D1 back to D. On the phone call today not only would they not give me an updated build schedule, they told me I had only been in D1 for 7 days and would not acknowledge me bring in D1 for at least 25 before the regression. The people I have talked to seem to be not overly concerned with customer service.

I don't know if I am on some sort of "don't give updates list" or if everyone gets the same treatment. I'm frustrated because all I want is an honest assessment of when I can expect my jeep. If its too long from now I'd like to cancel and wait for a 2019.

Pretty sure Jeep Cares wasn’t created to give daily updates on build status, and probably get blasted daily by people who can’t get there Jeep quick enough when they really have no control and can’t see much more than your dealer. You should be bugging your order guy at the dealer, after all that’s who will be taking your money.

I know you don’t want to hear it, but they have been nothing but cool to me. When I had some uconnect issues recently, they jumped right to the answer and helped out. Even offered some additional information to help in the future. I don’t call often, but I don’t have problems when I do. . .

Maybe they weren't created to answer build date/progress questions but... They are getting paid when answering them. So personally, I don't think there is any problem with it.

It’s amazing when you get it, so the wait is worth it.

JeepCares has has been very professional and "caring" to me. I do feel they are understaffed.
Jeep really - really needs to build a robust consumer/owner dashboard that negates the need for human intervention.
