Issues: stereo problems and can't get into 4 wheel drive

I just bought a 2019 wrangler sport utility 2 door and when I have my phone plugged in the stereo will shut off and restart.
Also I can’t get it to go into 4 wheel drive. I put it in neutral and try to move the stick and it won’t move. I don’t want to force it and break it. Anyone else have these problems??

I put my 2019 JLU into 4H about once per month and drive about a 1/2 mile, then switch back to 2H. I drop into 4L about every other month and drive a 100 yards or so. I did this all the time with my old TJ. Gotta keep those gears lubed and broken in.
