Hey I just picked up a 2025 Wrangler Sport manual and Absolutely loving it. Coming from an 01 XJ it feels like I have a proper “Jeep” now.

Hey everyone, I'm Michael. New to the forum. I have a 21 Wrangler sport that is mildly modified. 2.5 in lift, rubicon axles with RCV's (front) and 4340 revolution axles (rear) 1 ton steering, front axle truss and C gussets with 4:88 gears, snorkel, MC control arms, heavy duty baller joints, Reids racing knuckles, sway bar disconnect, Falcon 3.3 shocks, and a bit more. I take it up into the rockies and go camping and offroading looking for old mining towns. Was going to go in March, but somethign came up, so I am headed back there in the summer.

Hey everyone!

I’m Kris from soCal (Ventura). I got a new to me ‘22 2 door Rubicon i4. I caught the jeep bug recently and my wife fully supported it and pushed me to go through with it. I’m on an Amtrak right now to pick it up. Here’s a pic

Jeep Sahara (2025)
Greetings from Lebanon, TN. We just purchased our first Jeep yesterday, a 2025 Wrangler Sahara.

It'll be dinghy towed so I am now in the process of setting all that up over the next couple of days.

This will be my wife's car, so definitely a pavement Princess.

The salesperson asked if we would be doing any rock crawling, I replied "Only is she visits a friend that has a gravel driveway'.

Hi All. Mark from east central Florida here. I've always liked jeeps and until now, mostly from the sidelines. First drive in one was in high school. A friend's dad had a couple of original Willys. Simple machines, pure, honest. Pretty cool! Next drive was in a JLU Willys. Quite a span of years, like over 50 between rides. Jeeps have always had that iconic look. You know what you're looking at when you see one, like the Porsche 911. Unmistakable. Now after years of Benz & Porsche, yea, it's time for a new and different toy.

I drove a Rubicon yesterday and have pretty much settled on the Rubicon X. I'm just working out what can and can't be ordered on top of the base unit. It seems there are bits of information here and there, not completely all in one spot. Close, but not entirely. And when I thought I was close, something further confuses me. I'm working it out and no doubt have some questions. I'll post them in appropriate places later.

Anyway, glad to be here and once I get my feet wet I'm sure I'll have something to contribute.

Mark

2021 JLU Willys, 2000 XJ, 1953 Willys pick up
Hi new member and new 21 JLU Willys owner from California, but not new to Jeeps. We currently have 3: My "new" 21 sting gray Willys JLU, wife's ride 2000 XJ sport, and my 1953 475 Willys pick up. The JLU has replaced my dearly departed daily driver, a 2001 XJ 60th Anniversary after 11 years and 300k miles. Still learning all the whistles and bells; a lot more electronic content than the XJ and several generations removed from the truck (6 volts, vacuum wipers, manual choke YF carb, and tube type NDT tires). She will be driven mostly on pavement but will see some mild off road use.

More later: Joe
