I like the size. Qi wireless charging would be nice.

I like the center console as it is. I added some aftermarket dividers and trays to add to the usefulness.

Please keep the buttons and knobs on the dash. I hate cars that have touchscreens to control everything. Manufacturers tried that in 2008 and it sucked

The one thing I would change is making the temperature adjustment controls into knobs vs up and down arrow buttons. If I just want hot or cold air, I have to press both buttons repeatedly to make it happen. It would be so nice if I could just twist a dial and change it

I love the suggestion about expanding the aux buttons and adding wires for dash cams. Or just have a factory dash cam option (for both front and rear)?

Add in the option to adjust for tire size in the off road pages. Right now it's either go to a dealer or buy a third party tool for the same cost

Maybe figure out a better place to put smart phones? Not sure how. A better slot by the cup holders? Idk. Add wireless charging to that slot? Not sure. The current weird slot between the cup holders works, but isn't ideal, especially if you have a mug with a handle in it or two big cups. And it results in awkward charging cables poking up and around the cups and getting caught on the shifter
If my phone isnt on my dash mount, i put it between the 4wd shifter and the manual shift lever and it will sit there while driving or wheeling. just a suggestion.

I like how the center console is, but a little bigger would be better. But honestly, I just really want a spot that I can lay down my phone and for it to charge wirelessly with some grip underneath so that it stays secure, wireless car play of course, make the arm rest adjustable because it would be more comfortable for use. The phone wireless charger can go in between the transmission lever and the front of the jeep, and the arm rest have go forward and backwards. And if I want to use it as a table have it be able to rotate and extend to a table.

Center the hand brake, one of those drives me nuts when looking from above. I know its to account for the transfer case shifter but if your redesigning. I hate to think that my finger nails are going to chew up the seat over time as I use it everyday.

Here's my interior design suggestion that has nothing to do with the console. Make an option for color matched dash panels, vinyl seats and wheels, like I've done with my white JL. And they don't have to match the exterior paint color.

How about a lockable safe in the center console from the factory? Or at least make it an option. It would come in handy when I'm at the beach with my top and doors off.

I think it would be cool if power locks could be added to the center console (and possibly glovebox). It would have to be programmed in a way that could only be unlocked when the key fob is present so that if the top is down, someone couldn't unlock it from the outside.

If the remote-proximity key system was integrated with that little lock button that the doors have, even better. That way we don't have to go digging into our pockets for the key fob anymore to lock them when the doors are off.

I actually discovered a few weeks ago the center does lock. Not sure if you’re aware... It would only stop an “honest” criminal and not someone willing to spend a good minute to pry on it just a little to open.

Thanks. Yeah I discovered that too about a month after my purchase, but I'm too nervous to leave anything of value in there because it's just plastic. It seems pretty pointless. So I've been in the market for a better/more secure solution.

Thank you Jeep for asking this! Always nice to be able to give feedback to companies.

Prior to my 2018 Sahara I drove a 2014 Dodge Dart GT. There are a few things I was kind of amazed that were not included in the Jeep considering it is a newer Dodge/Stellantis vehicle.

1. Auto up and auto down on all 4 window switches.
2. Color LED interior lighting strip around dash (not needed, but cool).

I can only assume that a dash refresh will be coming since the new Bronco has that massive center infotainment system. A few things that I think would would be really cool to have.

1. Bring some of the exterior colors inside. Color match dash? Other companies do this, Dodge/Stellantis seems to think everyone just wants red. We don't. LOL.
2. Built in rail system on the dash to mount phones, goPros, et all. With a USB port.
3. Media and power ports take up far more room than they need to.
