Impressed with Quadratec

Wanted to drop a quick post about Quadratec.

I had a once in a lifetime scenario come up where I had purchased an item and needed to exchange it for the same item, different color, because my Jeep will be changing colors soon.

I was well outside Quadratec's official 30 day return window. Since the original, still-in-the-box item would be useless to me now, I figured it was worth seeing if there was anything they could do for me such as partial credit, etc.

I contacted them via chat and they offered to exchange the item for the new color I needed to match my Hydro Blue Jeep coming soon.

This was above and beyond, as they could have easily pointed to the official return policy and that would have been that and I would have been fine with that since it was all my fault.

This is the type of company I will do business with for a long time to come, in fact I'm ordering a cargo rack from them later this week.

I've only ordered once from them but I was very happy. Great prices, fast shipping and I luv the stuff I got, all three items were Quadratec branded. Hitch, bike carrier and my Diver Down covers.

Big fan as well. They usually have very competitive pricing and their service is fantastic. Last year I ordered a Warrior Products tailgate and was disappointed with the finish and build quality. They credited me back like 20% on it and still let me keep it. Great people to do deal with.

Update to this post

Shipped the seat covers back to them at my expense ($38), which was fair since it was my mistake buying yellow.

Sadly they have now ghosted me (like they have many of you too)

So I'm out 2 bills for the yellow covers and $38 shipping.

So sad. I wish they would come here and let us know what's going on.

I think most of us would be understanding of their obvious difficulties.

I have more of their private branded stuff I want to buy from them, but I'm scared to order now until someone, anyone let's us know the issue.

At first they blamed it on a new ERP system. I think that excuse has worn thin now.
