IMMO Key Programming Disable w/ HP Tuners

I am sure many have read about the RF Hub software update that your dealer can do to prevent new keys from being written to your Jeep to help alleviate theft. I just wanted you all to know that the same thing can be accomplished with HP Tuners if your already invested in their system or if you have tuning with me.

So if you already have tuning from me and you were thinking about getting the RF Update from your dealer, save yourself and trip and I can update your tune file for free.

Even if your not tuned by me but have an MPVI and an unlocked ECU, you can prevent key writes by editing your file in Editor at System>General>IMMO Key Lock and changing the scalar from disabled to enabled.

Appears so. It’s just a toggle within the tune file.

Not with HP Tuners unfortunately.

Would this apply to a 2023? I thought that bulletin was for 2024+ but I could be remembering incorrectly.
