But then they would have to pay people money and that takes away from record profits and CEO bonus pay.I found that companies are using AI to answer the phones and give you the run around and you never get to talk to a real person. If the subject or problem you are having isn't listed its just tough shit. These companies need to Dump that fricking AI and hire real people with emotions and an astute understanding of what is going on and how to handle irate customers or just customers in general.
