So I have a 4xe that we are putting a rooftop tent on an awning and some storage drawers in. My wife will use it for Dog Agility Weekends. We ordered drawers from Wheels & Feels in April and payed for their expedited service. And boy was that a mistake. We have had exactly zero contact from them, they don’t answer emails, phone, text, webchat, Facebook or What’s App. After leaving multiple messages since mid May today we receive a tracking number but it’s only a label. No actual shipping. No refund for the 10 day turn around. Nothing!! As far as I’m concerned this was a mistake of epic proportions. I should have bought from somewhere else. Now my wife has to travel without the drawers because we were ripped off by a company that can’t be bothered to do customer service.

Sorry to hear that. I understand that things happen and companies can't always deliver on what they promise. But there's no excuse for them ghosting you and not offering to make it right.

Trustpilot reviews give them a 3.6 out of 5, describing almost exactly what you went through.
on Reddit it looks like this isn't a new thing for them. they stopped responding to that thread a couple of years ago.
Better Business Bureau even has a page for them; 3 reviews, all 1 star.

they do play here; have you tried reaching out to @wheelsfeels here?

Well that is definitely not expedited. Document your calls and contact and file a dispute with your credit card. At the absolute minimum they should refund expedited service.

Sorry to hear of the hassle you have gone through. But it is good to let us know so we don't make the same mistake and can avoid that company. It's too bad there are so many companies that pop up on the internet selling their wares but aren't even legitimate enough to have someone that can answer a phone.

Just want to point out that BBB is unreliable as you can pay to have only the reviews you want on their site. Its a for profit business that cares more about money than it does actually protecting consumers.

It’s a PayPal transaction so I started a case. They haven’t responded there either. It’s starting to feel like a total scam.
Yikes, that sucks. Hope it all works out.

I found that companies are using AI to answer the phones and give you the run around and you never get to talk to a real person. If the subject or problem you are having isn't listed its just tough shit. These companies need to Dump that fricking AI and hire real people with emotions and an astute understanding of what is going on and how to handle irate customers or just customers in general.

I ordered a set from Wheels & Feels a few years ago and was NOT happy with the quality and returned them. I did get a refund.
