So I have a 4xe that we are putting a rooftop tent on an awning and some storage drawers in. My wife will use it for Dog Agility Weekends. We ordered drawers from Wheels & Feels in April and payed for their expedited service. And boy was that a mistake. We have had exactly zero contact from them, they donāt answer emails, phone, text, webchat, Facebook or Whatās App. After leaving multiple messages since mid May today we receive a tracking number but itās only a label. No actual shipping. No refund for the 10 day turn around. Nothing!! As far as Iām concerned this was a mistake of epic proportions. I should have bought from somewhere else. Now my wife has to travel without the drawers because we were ripped off by a company that canāt be bothered to do customer service.
