So, when exactly is the Wrangler supposed to get the Hurricane engine? I haven't heard a peep about it in a long while.

It’s not even an option for the 25 GC.
Wrangler chance ?! IF an SRTish T-6 GC is offered then perhaps a 392ish T-6 Wrangler. …. Next generation IMHO. The JL is too long in the tooth for the R&D, approvals, compliance, and that’s IF it will fit.
Remember— it only gets 1 mpg better than the 392 in the GW.

I'm sure Jeep will come up with an excuse about why they can't use it in a Wrangler, then a competitor will do something and it will miraculously be feasible, but will only be available as a $$20,000 more expensive trim package.

As they typically do. New set f decals? That’s $2k. Bigger engine? That’s $15k. New engine and matching decals? $20k easy.

Didn't a few people say that the upcoming Hurricane I-6 was too long to easily fit in the current JL engine bay? If so, then it would make sense that maybe we'll see it available as an engine option for the upcoming JM Wrangler. Seems silly that Jeep would design the next platform without allowing it to accommodate the few remaining IC engines they have left.
