So this is what I am gonna do

1. A folder in kept in the Jeep where I keep Walmart invoices for oil and filter, plus a brief explanation of how I did things, like torque specs, lubricating the oil filter, checking the engine bay and undercarriage for any oil and coolant leaks, top off washer fluids etc, and rotating the tires(I will have Discount Tire rortate the tires and keep the receipt)
2. A generic oil change sticker from Amazon that goes onto the windshield
3. Report everything to Carfax on their app
4. Report everything to Jeep app.

What else do you recommend? I hate the dealer, they spilled oil in the engine bay, and they never wait for more than 15 minutes max to drain all the old oil out. Plus, they use the cheapest Pennzoil in production. I do a much better job than them and use much better oil. I put a lot of care. I just want to stay protected in case, HOPEFULLY NEVER, I make an engine warranty claim.

Thank you!

Please see my post Free and Simple Method for Storing Maintenance Summary on Local PC. This thread also has several replies that cover various methods for storing maintenance history.

I have stopped storing my receipts (or anything related to my identity) in the glove box to increase identity protection. Anyone who enters a vehicle can take pics of the name, address, and phone number on an invoice, and be halfway to hacking the vehicle owner's accounts.

I use the app Drivvo. It is by far the best tracking automotive calculator out there. "That I know about". You can literally track all expenses, fuel costs, mpg, services, etc. It also gets saved onto their servers. If you switch phones, you can just sign into your account from the new one.

You can make line / bar graphs showing monthly expenses, yearly, lifetime. I only track fuel myself.

Write it down in the back pages of your owners manual. Take pictures of oil, filters and milage!

Have been using Microsoft Excel for maintenance records for 20 years now. Every motorcycle, car, and truck. In another tab of the same file, I have details of valve clearance checks for the motorcycles.

Here's a sort-of striped-down version I'm using for the Jeep. Watch for formulas in the E1:J2 and H4:I27 areas. Dates auto format for ya for simplicity. If it works for you, or anyone, have at it.

In my Mopar login, I also add my DIY oil/filter changes. It's documented in the same place dealers entries are stored--like my shock replacements last year.
