How long does repurchase take?

Hey everyone,
I am currently awaiting work being done on a lemon 4xe that I purchased in December. I am also awaiting a decision on a repurchase. If any of you have successfully had jeep buy a vehicle back, how long did the decision take?
I have already sent a lemon letter and currently on the fence about litigation vs arbitration. I just want a decision so I can get into a new vehicle, I’m not looking to make any money, I just want the expensive vehicle that I pay for to turn on.

In Texas, its a long hard road - its not fast and very difficult to win. Also, if you are successful, they pro-rate the amount towards reimbursement based on the amount mikes you put on the vehicle. It is not an easy process. A lot of folks trade them in instead and eat the loss - (negative equity)thereby passing the problem onto an unsuspecting used car purchaser.
